Weekly Women’s Circle
Meets weekly on Wednesdays
Starting April 1, 2026
7pm-8pm CST
Hyde Park, Kansas City, MO
A quiet place for women to tell the truth about their lives and be heard.
This weekly circle is a place for women to speak freely and be met with presence.
So many spaces ask us to analyze ourselves, improve ourselves, or perform growth. This one asks for something simpler. Honesty.
Each week we gather in a small group and share what is alive in our lives. There is no pressure to be profound, polished, or healed. You can bring joy, confusion, grief, frustration, or nothing at all.
Sometimes being witnessed is enough. Sometimes hearing someone else say the thing you have been carrying quietly can shift something inside.
The structure is simple and supportive. Everyone is welcome to share. No advice or feedback unless it is asked for.
Just women, sitting together, telling the truth about their lives.
What to expect
Each gathering lasts an hour and follows a simple structure.
We begin with a brief grounding or moment of silence.
From there we move into a sharing round where everyone has the option to check in. You can speak or simply say pass.
After the check in, the space opens for anyone who wants to share more deeply. If you want feedback or reflection you can ask for it. Otherwise the group simply listens.
Confidentiality is essential. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
You are welcome exactly as you are that day.
Held at Lily’s Hyde Park KC home. Space is limited, reservations required.
Sunday Sit
March 29, 2026
10:30am-1:30pm
Hyde Park, Kansas City
Sunday Sits are extended meditation gatherings designed for people with busy minds and sensitive nervous systems.
This is not a quick drop-in or a silent endurance test. This is a three-hour container that allows real settling, real practice, and real integration.
Each Sunday Sit includes:
* Two hours of alternating walking and seated silent meditation
* Mindfulness Meditation instructions for absolute beginners
* Time afterward for snacks, conversation, and reflection
* Optional 1-on-1 or group sharing to integrate what came up
These sessions are especially supportive for:
* High-functioning anxiety
* Chronic overthinking
* Emotional burnout
* People who want meditation to actually help their daily life, not just feel nice in the moment
You don’t have to be “good at meditation.” You don’t have to stop your thoughts. You just have to show up. Address emailed upon reservation
Come as you are. Leave more regulated than you arrived.
Held at Lily’s Hyde Park KC home. Space is limited, reservations required.
Intro to Astrology: How to Read a Birth Chart
6-week Live Course
Begins March 30, 2026
6:30pm-8pm CST
Zoom
You probably know your Sun sign.
This is where we go deeper.
Astrology is not just personality traits. It is a symbolic language. A system that helps you understand your temperament, your patterns, your timing, and the themes that shape your life.
In this 6 week live course, you will learn how to read a natal chart from the ground up using your own chart as the foundation. What you learn will immediately apply to you.
We will cover:
• The elements and modalities and how they shape temperament
• The psychological and practical role of each planet
• Houses and what areas of life they activate
• Aspects and planetary dynamics
• How to synthesize an entire chart with clarity
By the end, you will:
• Understand your own birth chart in depth
• Have language for your strengths and growth edges
• Confidently read charts for friends, clients, or your own continued study
• Know what all the glyphs and placements actually mean
This class has historically become a connected, thoughtful space for women who are curious and reflective. Many participants leave with not only knowledge, but meaningful friendships.
Mondays on Zoom
6:30 to 8:00 PM CST
Begins March 30
If you are ready to learn how to read the map instead of guessing at the weather, this is your place.
